Good read. I liked it.
Most of us are interested in the mystic dimensions of who we are and why we came to Earth. Astrology is an ancient science that can help us understand our life purpose and the best ways to realize it. Hindu astrology, called jyotish, the science of light, has a high degree of accuracy when correctly and soberly approached. Readers familiar with western astrology, however, may be surprised to learn that their profile is different in the Hindu system, which works with the moon rather than the sun. There are twenty-seven lunar "palaces", or nakshatras, in jyotish, falling within the better-known twelve signs.
The Nithyananda Astrology Series gives a pocket profile of each nakshatra. The booklets are attractively packaged with recommendations for meditations and yoga postures for the various profiles, as well as dietary guidance.
This series has proved immensely popular. Like all of Paramahams Nithyananda's works, it has both theoretical appeal and practical application. An especially personalized and thoughtful gift.
