Both the writing and the premise are good, but where's the suspense, the action, the excitement! Every now and then, things seemed to pick up very briefly but then died down again. Finally, I gave up and stopped reading.Product details

I received this book in exchange for an honest review. I enjoyed this book very much It was suspenseful but with some lightness and a good clean read. I enjoy be able to rad books where the author is more interested in the mystery part of the book then the sex. Katy is an awarding winning artist in knitting. She finds herself in a real situation when she accused of murder and decides to get to bottom of this. The police don't seem to take this or her seriously until she meets Harold. Together they set out to find out how the real murderer is. I recommend this book. You will enjoy it.
It just wasn't what I was looking for. I love knitting mysteries, but this one didn't seem to be written by a knitter. The main character seemed neurotic and whiny. She had to take her dog everywhere. I love my pets, but they can't come everywhere to comfort me. Most knitting mysteries have a bonus pattern, which this one didn't. I didn't finish the book. That being said, I think the info said the writer is blind. That in itself is very impressive. My hat is off to her.
Knitless Death is suspenseful entertaining mystery written by a delightful author, S.Y. Robins. In this story Katy Gordon is an award winning knitter and designer. Now Katy has to also be an amateur detective to keep herself from being the prime suspect in a murder. A new twist in a murder case and what a way to go. Thanks to a police detective, Katy's husband, and good friends Katy comes through this mystery unscathed. I received this book as a PDF, free for an honest review. And I honestly loved it.
I really enjoyed this book and this author!! I've recently found out about this author & since then I'm always on the lookout for her books. This is a fun read that captures your attention & keeps it until the last page! I can so relate to the main character in this story, the way she loves to read mystery books, the way she thinks, her curiosity is unstoppable until she figures it out, etc. I really like S.Y. Robins' books!! I think you will enjoy this book!!

Some of the stories were enjoyable, especially the ones using the same characters. Others were too predictable. Story lines were good for junior high readers or maybe younger.
I enjoy these short reads as they go by qjickly and I don't get lost. Good time fillers for down time
